In this episode Daniel learns the names of the notes, octaves, as well as, the history of and difference between A-B-C and Do-Re-Mi. I share tips to help easily locate and name notes on the piano and we have a few laughs along the way. In this Video we learn the introductory concepts of ear training. We start with a short tutorial on how to discern between a low and high pitch, followed by a guided quiz to solidify the concept. In this episode Daniel is introduced to the piano and we discuss the basics of what it means to play by ear. We learn the basics on how to listen to, sing, and find any note on the piano. |
